Issue with registered participants questions not showing

Hello Team,

Could you please explain what would cause a registered participant's question, to only show as "Question 1" to the host? As an admin, I went into the host's meeting settings and added polling options for the Host and Co-hosts. DId that fix it? It seems to be working now.
