Is there an option in Settings to let others join automatically ?

I host the meeting that happens weekly with same zoom ID and passcode. Is there an option in the settings where others can just join the meeting automatically without my having to accept them into the meeting ?

Is it possible that we can set the caption of the meeting to Urdu language ?
