Is it possible that participants can see only the host and can talk with only host if the host let

I want to prepare a custom zoom  app. Is it possible that participants can see only the host and can talk with only host if the host let him to talk?

participants can view only moderator'camera not other participants cameras?

    But participants will never see other participant's name or video.

    "participants in focus mode can still see their own video but only see other participants' names, their nonverbal feedback or reactions, and hear them when unmuted."
