Invitee login issue

I've created several meetings and each time invitees outside my organization have issues with logging into the Zoom meeting via their desktop, they have to phone into the meeting.  Is there a setting that I'm not seeing or what could be the issue that so many people can not connec to my meeting via their computer?

    The message the invitees are receiving say they need a corporate account.  I don't know why they'd be asked for that.  Someone else said they were asked to sign up for a different/new account to sign-in.
