Integration with Calendly suddenly not working

Up until today, I had no issues with Calendly appointments being scheduled with Zoom meetings. When I tried to reconfigure the integration, I received the following error message:

User: arn:aws:iam::787345941828:user/web_user is not authorized to perform: dynamodb:Query on resource: arn:aws:dynamodb:us-east-1:787345941828:table/us02_ZMWEB_OAUTH_APPROVAL with an explicit deny in a service control policy (Service: AmazonDynamoDBv2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: AccessDeniedException; Request ID: IU7EVLPDLQC66IBEST3N8DJD4RVV4KQNSO5AEMVJF66Q9ASUAAJG; Proxy: null) (-1)

 

Any clues??
