Buonasera devo creare una riunione ed inviare il link via email ma ho necessità che i partecipanti alla riunione si autentichino con nome, cognome ed email.Quale procedura devo seguire?Rimango in attesa di supporto.   

Can anyone help me understand how you can invite a guest speaker into a recurring Zoom meeting without inviting them into every recurring instance of that meeting? Thoughts? 

I am trying to find a way to easily communicate via the Internet with my memory-challenged mother.  I am currently using a device called ViewClix that lets me see her and talk, without her having to do anything.  She can see me too. However, the audio quality is absolutely horrendous, for some reason that I cannot diagnose.  Zoom audio quality, on the other hand, has always been great in my experience. So my question is, is there a way to set up a PC that would be dedicated to running a hands-off version of Zoom, so that I can log in at any time from my own PC and talk to and see my mother with decent audio? Thanks.

Hey guys, how can I do this thing: Create a group of people Create a rule that works automatically and if one of my users have a bad connection they move into a group Will that group be a rule that activates a quality survey after people end their Zoom call? and if it has 5-time good quality rating survey pass they remove it from the group. How can I do this? I appreciate if you have some kind of step by step instruction.

Hi! I would like to buy a PTZ camera and use it during video conferencing, so that the not present participants can control the pam, tilt and zoom functions of the camera. Can you help me in which cameras are compatible with this feature and how to install it into my Zoom client? Thanks, Arpad

I have been a Zoom Meetings user since 2019.  I am noticing that within the last year, I am no longer able to use an annotation screen or virtual background on my Kindle tablet, Asus Chromebook or phone. Do I need a different account for these now? (AKA paid account).   I work as a freelance teacher who has been asked many times to use Zoom to "Record a Demonstration Lesson" by various companies. There has not been a Record feature that I can use in "Meetings" for 2 years.  What can I do to fix these issues? Are these now only for "paid" accounts?   

I have two Zoom Pro (Paid) accounts, which always allowed me to record HD quality into the cloud (1280).  Now, suddenly, with the same settings, both of the account will only record at 640x360 and with what looks to be low data bandwidth. In short: The video quality is terrible.Has anybody experienced that same and are there any solutions to this?I have 'third party video editor' and 'hd quality' enabled in both accounts.

Hello!  I use Momence scheduling  software integrated with Zoom.  We use Zoom to offer online yoga classes, and we have the classes set up to automatically send an email with the class recording link to anyone who was registered for class.  I need to edit the automated recording message, and Momence tells me this has to be done through Zoom.  I can't find anywhere to edit the message.  Can anyone help me with some insight?  Thank you!

When I send the Zoom invite to my clients, who are mostly seniors, they click the buttton to join the meeting that is for the host. Then Zoom wants them to login and it goes downhill from there.  Down below is a small link for the attendee.  How can I change that? So the center button is for the attendee and maybe a link below for a host?  PS-Has zoom abandoned customer service at this point? There is no way to talk to them? Even via a chatbox?

Esta presentación contienen DOS VIDEOS, El primero se exhibe normal pero SIN SONIDO y el segundo no exhibe ningún problema. ¿Qué me podría sugerir para corregir este problema?

Hi there, I recently got some new AirPods. Unfortunately I'm having trouble using them with Zoom: Allthough I have no problems connecting them with my laptop (Lenovo x1 carbon, Win10) and using them in other apps, in Zoom the audio output just won't work right. Zoom gives me 3 different options for the Airpods as output device: "System (Earphones (AirPods Stereo))", "(Earphones (AirPods Stereo))" and "Earphones(AirPods Hands-Free AG Audio)". When I choose one of the first two and run a microphone test, the app says that there is an input signal, but the AirPods wont make any sound. When I choose option three there is a sound, but only in very bad quality so that I can barely understand anything... Using the AirPods as a microphone again works just fine. Has anyone got an idea how I could fix this problem? Best wishesFelix   

What happened to the Original sound for musicians button that was on Zoom? Now I have Workplace, (not that I asked for it!), the sound is a mess (it keeps breaking up) and I don't know how to tell my students to fix it. Ugh Thx for any help you can offer. Gibsongirl

Is there a way to get hold of links that have been shared in a meeting that is ended?  Really importanrt : ) 

For more than a year i have been unable to connect to Zoom Meetings on my laptop. Ironically, I can connect on my tablet and phone. I support documents that recommend that you down load the Clean Zoom application and do a clean install of the Zoom Room client. The problem is that Clean Zoom is an exe file designed for Windows boxes and I use a MacBook Pro. I did, however, attempt to uninstall Zoom Rooms and perform a new install. Did not work. I have also tried connections under different Wifi networks with the same results: no connection on my laptop and successful connections on my tablet and phone. Your assistance will be appreciated in advance. Macbook ProOS Sonoma 14.5

With the latest update, when I open the desktop app, it won't let me connect unless I add my calendar and email, which I don't want to do. So I'm forced to use the web app. I don't want to do this. How can I get back to using the desktop app?

meine Kamera am IPad folgt mir bei Zoom Meetings. das möchte ich nicht, da es in größeren Meeting unnötige Unruhe bringt. kann ich die Kamera im IPad fixieren, sodass sie nicht mehr mit schwenkt?bei meinem Desktop ist die Kamera fixiert und schwenkt mir nicht hinterher.Wie kann ich das auf dem IPad ausstellen?Danke für Tipps.

Hi. Everytime I try to log on to a Zoom meeting, I get an error 1132 message, and I must reset my Zoom password and I do get onto the meeting.I have re-installed Zoom and re-set my Modem--and this hasn't helped.I've been using Zoom for 2 years with no issue. But the last week this has happened constantly. Any suggestions?Thanks in advance. Librarian11111

Hello, We have scheduled a Zoom meeting requiring registration.  Several employees will be participating at the event as facilitators. To simplify the process for them, I sent a calendar invitation through outlook with the Zoom link from one of our other employees who is an approved registrant. Since authentication is not required, employees can access the meeting using this approved registrant's link. However, everyone who uses the link is automatically identified in the meeting as the approved registrant's name. Is there a generic link I can use that would not automatically identify them with the approved registrant's name? I would like one generic link (directly to the meeting, not the registration form) I can include in the calendar invitation to the facilitators so that they don't have to  register and download their own .ics file to add to their calendar.  Thanks for your help!

I have my display name set, but when I join a meeting the name comes up as Zoom User and I end up having to change it for that meeting. How can I get Zoom to actually use my display name as it’s set in my profile?

I have meetings with people across 14 timezones.  We always schedule meetings with Eastern time, and everybody knows how to adjust for their timezone.  Now, the initial invite is still correct, but if I go to meetings, the meeting time is shown in my timezone, not the original.  This is OK for me, but if I copy and paste that invite, and send it to others, they get confused by my timezone.

Hey everyone!When recording my online workshops via zoom, I want my participants to not be visible even if they speak, but only myself. I tried fixating myself and gallery view, but still, as soon as a participant says something, they are full-screen shown in the recording. How can I change that? All I found was to fixate myself, but that doesn´t do the job... Hoping for answers 🙂Many thanks,Emily

Am I the only one who thinks that the latest "improvements" to the Linux UI have made a dog's breakfast out of it?  I'm talking about the window when not in a meeting.I used to be able to park it in a corner of my screen, and when I wanted one of the functions, I'd click on it and a window popped up, and life was good.  Now it takes at least twice the screen real estate, and when I open a function, it wants to hog my whole screen.  If I don't move it from the upper-right-hand corner of my screen, I can no longer even get back to home.I think the previous window was optimal, and many of the recent "improvements" have only served to make it a royal PITA.
