In the Zoom Workplace application. Click on Schedule, try to modify the date to a future date. It does not update the date. Please advise.

HELP!!!When I am in a meeting I can hear everyone no problem.BUT when someone shares music or their sound I cant hear it - just the odd crackle.I tested my microphone - OKI tested Webcam - OKI tested speaker - an issues.It comes up with "Same as System (Speakers (realtek (R) Audio)) is the problem.I used to have zoom on my old surface pro - no problems. I got  anew laptop and this is now happening.  Also it seems to go to ZOOM Workplace - where as before it was just zoom I really need help - how do I fix it so I can hear other people's music AND they can hear mine....?

The add-ins feature in Microsoft Exchange 2019 does not allow install of Zoom Meetings. Instead it wants to install the add-in to Exchange 365. Any instructions how to correctly install the Zoom meeting add-in on Exchange 2019 on premise? Thanks

Since I updated my zoom app yesterday, the annotation tool is missing on my meetings. I have verified that nothing is changed on my profile and annotation is turned on "In Meeting (Basic)" section. How can I disable a waiting room after the meeting started? I can't disable it

New to Zoom. Scheduled a meeting for August and guess I inadvertently launched it. I am the host so I opted for end meeting for all. Now shows in "previous" meetings and not "upcoming". Any idea on how to fix this so the meeting is upcoming and not previous? 

I need to rely on Zoom to give my users remote support.  This is accomplished by installing the Zoom business client and using remote control.    However, from time to time, I find an end-user version of Zoom has been installed as well.    I only discover this in the middle of a session when a UAC prompt pops up: One the user sees but I don't.   The task I wanted to perform with remote support can't be done. I thought I had purged all of the end-user Zooms but they're beginning to reappear.     The end-user version, is of course installed user by user and so it's the end user I have to cajole into uninstalling it. Is there a way to just block end-user Zoom on machines that have the Zoom Business Client installed?

When I'm in a Zoom meeting on my Macbook Pro and get a call on my iPhone, the call shows up on my laptop and minimizes my Zoom screen and I don't know how to keep this from happening. I also can't see a way to restore to full screen once the call stops. I looked at Zoom settings to see if I could turn off phone while in meetings, but there was no link for phone. I am using a Macbook Pro, Sonoma 14.5.  Zoom version 5.17.11. Thanks for your help in advance.

We are a 7-night-a-week 12-step meeting. Now that we are public, we are having issues with "bombing." Because we have a different leader every night and the person with the account (me) isn't always at the meeting, how do we allow multiple hosts to manage participants, etc.?

I think there is a problem with the livestreaming feature.  I am using vMix and when I try to connect vMix with Zoom using the LiveStreaming function it doesn't work.Generally it appears a popup on Zoom to accept the livestream but not now. The vMix support said me "There is an Outage at ZOOM, so an issue on their end that we have no control over and you will need to wait until they resolve it." I am using the last workspace and vMix package (also the last Zoom plugin for vMix).  Do you know something about this?

hello all,When i use the Teams meeting in the Zoom room, it connects fine with meeting id and password. But the video qaulity is poor, and the it would lock up within 10 minutes or so. But the audio is good. The video would lock up on both ends of the meeting. I have updated/upgraded the Zoom app but to no success. Zoom escalated support is no assistance as i have send the activity log and pictures. Basically their answer was it was a MS soft issue and would fix it by end of June. Still nothing.Anyone else seen this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hello there, Zoom meetings are working for me on my PC and apple phone. However, is not working on either my mac pro or iMac. The iMac I just bought this year.  When I sign into the desktop app, I get invalid error code -1, it then asks me to join from browser. When I click that I get error 3001. However, I can go to that same meeting and join from phone or PC just fine.  Can someone assist? 

Zoom will sometimes send me some tips on how to use Zoom via email, however, if l don't want to see these emails, what should l do?

We have been alerted that numerous devices have been flagged for vulnerable versions of Zoom (5.X), with the majority of them flagging under the key C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\Zoom.exe. I have attempted to update Zoom via Intune's line of business in the System Context and manually via a Kaseya Procedure. Both systems report that the latest version is installed, which is accurate. However, the majority of these key flags seem to be from profiles that reside on the computer and cannot be accessed or deleted. When I log into an accessible profile, the latest version is installed. I also attempted to uninstall Zoom from that profile and run the CleanZoom scrubber, but to no avail.Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello, I have a Zoom Workplace Pro account.I have added a zoom Basic User with a Role of Member to my account.I have Waiting Room Options set to "Users not in your account will go in the waiting room".I start a meeting from my zoom Windows Application and enable the waiting room.When the zoom Basic User I have added joins from their zoom Windows or Android application, they are placed in the waiting room. What am I missing here?  From what I have read, it appears this should be working. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

zoom meeting room initiated from Taiwan, however, China users cannot get in via link or password....and all shown error code 13215. any ideas about this? cannot solve this problem...Many thanks if anybody knows what its this about....  

I was playing around with screen sharing a PowerPoint presentation and I noticed the powerpoint for the viewer was enlarged.  It was so enlarged that the viewer could only see a portion of the presentation.  So then I went down the rabbit hole of trying to change the settings.  -- Long story short, I don't know what all I clicked, but now when I click the "share screen" button, I no longer see the screen sharing options.  I cannot figure out what I did.  Does anyone know the standard screen sharing settings so I can go back?  Like reset everything to standard operating settings?

I have just had a meeting and for some reason my video was showing me on a 90 degree angle and i couldn't fix it, does anyone know how to change the view of the camera?

I am having a problem when I am using Dual monitors. I am using a laptop and an external monitor. Just recently when the second window is open on the laptop screen the video is frozen. When I move my second window that is displaying on the external monitor to the screen the laptop is using the video freezes and it stays that way even if I move the window back to the external monitor. I can still use the chat and see participants on both monitors  but the video stays frozenI have tried re-installing the Zoom desktop app, changing all the video settings one by one (turning all off and on again), and updated all my drivers.Is anyone else having this problem? This just started after updating to the newest version of Zoom.

Hi all,  I've upgraded my account to a Zoom pro account and enabled HD settings for video recording. The recordings are still in 360p and not 720p as Zoom said they should be. Can you help me troubleshoot this?

I was warned Zoom was bad but I'd used it so I signed on and pay for a "pro" account.  Unfortunately about a year in it quit updating and I had to completely uninstall and start over.   Unfortunately, the Zoom installer fails silently and I've wasted 3 weeks with "ticket" support.  They are just reading a script and replay with useless input every couple days.   I broke down today and started to try to use the telephone to reach Zoom only to find that this just doesn't work.  They hide behind as many prompts as they possibly can then after you jump through all the hoops they say my "pro" account has no support.  This is nuts.  The online help has no idea what they are doing.  The chat is designed to complete disuade you from getting any help at all.     I've dug and dug trying to find any logs the installer might create to see where it is dying to no avail.    So, is there any way to

We ran a zoom webinar for 200 delegates. The panellist shared their screen and we have 78 questions in the chat function. The webinar became very unstable and the host (me) kept getting kicked out. What would be the reason and how can I prevent this from happening again?
