What are the instructions if you’re using an iPhone? The zoom recording was done using my phone and the file is on my phone. My laptop crashed so I can’t use that method. 

I am trying to determine the length of a previous meeting and am unable to find that information.  Does anyone know how to look that up?

I need to get access to my Zoom meeting logs to see when I had attended meetings this past week.  Unfortunately, I'm not a paid member so I don't have direct access to my logs.  Is there any other way around this? Can I get my logs without a paid subscription? 

how many people can open their cameras in 1000 people meeting session ? Can all of them open their cameras or is there a limit ?

I know I can download the individual responses to a poll I conducted on Zoom Meetings, however is there a way to view the combined responses? When you launch the poll during the meeting you're able to see the results nicely displayed and share those with participants. I was hoping I could view them in this format after the meeting but have not found a way to do that. Would appreciate any suggestions. 

When the meeting was set up in zoom we chose to record to the cloud. When we went to retrieve the recording, there was only 5seconds of video. Not sure what happened but it appears to have happened again today with another meeting. Any way to retrieve the recording? Any ideas why the recording was incomplete? We are not near our storage limit.

It seems  Zoom allows one (1) camera per user/profile.  If one would like to use multiple wired cameras (2 or more) on one Zoom host computer will the Zoom  system allow it. What I'm asking running a Blended meeting  without using multiple computers or cell phones signed in as users/profiles so they can be used as cameras?   Currently I run a Blended Zoom meeting with multiple views but with no zooming capabilities.The audio is no problem, I use multiple microphones and speakers though a sound board.

Hi there, I am trying to use the Zoom survey feature. I have put the survey in the meeting, but I cannot see the survey during the meeting. Can you please help?  

I have a Zoom account. I recently bought a new PC. I installed Zoom. When I try to join a meeting from an external invitation on my calendar, the program attempts to open a meeting but doesn't connect. It hangs up with the infinite swirling circle turning.  I can join meetings through a browser using the the Meeting ID so I'm not dead in the water but there is something profoundly wrong with the configuration. 

How to store zoom meeting sdk in private maven repo for android project? Meeting sdk version: zoom-sdk-android-6.0.10.22015 I am trying to store the mobilertc.aar in my private maven repo to reduce the project size. After uploading it to maven, if I implement it on my gradle file, the app fails during compilation as the sdk library files are not found. Any solution?

Please help, where is the continue button to accept terms & conditions on zoom app to enter a meeting. I need to click on the continue button for terms & conditions to start using the downloaded zoom workplace free version app, I have the meeting id & password, but it keeps redirecting me to  click on a continue button to accept terms & conditions without giving me access to the continue button like it shows on the How to start zoom 3:38 mins video. Where is continue button on zoom app to accep terms & conditions 

When using two external cameras with screen share, the "switch camera" button changes cameras but doesn't reverse which camera is full screen and which is shows in a small box  How do you switch which camera is full screen and which is in the smaller box, just reversing the big and small views but not changing the cameras in use?

1) Make closed caption transcript be 6 lines instead of 2 cuz I can't read it with network lagging delay 2) Closed caption is blocking the video screen someone is demonstrating.  So need it as separate window under the video window.

In my main zoom page I can only see recurring meetings. I used to be able to see other one time meetings too. This makes it impossible for me to edit the hosting rights for my one time meetings.  I was not able to find any filters and scrolled towards the end list of my meetings. Only recurring showing...   

Our company (a training center) missed to download a user report at the proper time (our fault). Now I know there's a limit in the time span we can go back to retrieve user reports, for us that's (now) May 2023, but the meeting we need to retrieve (for a requested control by Italian authorities) was in December 2022. Is there any chance to retrieve that report? with a special request or anything else? Thank you for reading.

I have created a meeting on my zoom account 24th July at 2pm and asked that invitees register.  However when I check the invite and click to register it states 15:00 in London, when it should says 14:00     

Hi all - so until a few days ago i was able to go to recordings and see the % of my storage allowance that i've used and suddenly thats gone - any idea if thats a bug or its been moved or anything - thanks in advance!

I am experiencing an issue with Google Calendar not syncing with Zoom as expected. According to the Zoom documentation, the sync should occur within 2 minutes. However, this is not happening in my case.Details:- I have configured the Google Calendar integration with Zoom as per the provided instructions.- When I start a Zoom meeting, I receive a callback with the topic name "Google Calendar Meeting (not synced)".- I have waited well beyond the 2-minute window, but the calendar events still do not syncThis has been happening to us for a long time but recently the frequency of it has increased. Is there any workaround for this to get the meeting details?

Hi I need to mount a second camera over my piano, but it will be upside down. Is there a way in iOS to flip the 2nd camera’s output so it appears right side up to my online students? I can do this via my desktop, but I cannot find that option on my iPad. thanksdarren

Hi, I installed the Zoom client on my Red Hat 8 laptop with the aid of this document: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063458#h_b6ce9fba-dd38-4448-80c0-ac2e58db3acc .  This however installs with a local package that won't update with the global system update tools (dnf/yum...). Thus it requires a manual update process to keep up with the latest updates (and to keep it secure). Is there any other way to install it with an actual repository so that it will be updated correctly with the system update tool? Kind regards.

We have postponed a zoom meeting that was going to take place on July 30. The meeting will now take place in September or October, date tbc. I have just sent a 'cancellation' message to all our registrants, sending them a note to say the meeting is postponed. I now find that the registrants box is empty and I cannot retrieve their names and email addresses. Can anyone please help? Of course I now realise I should have backed this up before cancelling. However, there was no warning that the data might be deleted and I had no idea that cancelling would also delete data.  Without their names and emails I shall be unable to inform the registrants of the new date when this is confirmed 😞

Hi Zoom support, Regarding the installation of Zoom on Windows, I am aware of two options: The standard installer, which automatically updates but creates a separate Zoom installation for each user for same device. For instance, if there are 5 users, there will be 5 installations of Zoom.The MSI Installer, which performs a single installation and shared by all users. However, Zoom does not have auto-update with this option. Is there a way to achieve a single installation of Zoom that can be use by all users and also auto-updates?

As I understand it on Windows, when installing zoom, I have two choices:Standard installer, which will auto-update but maintain a completely separate Zoom installation for each user.  If there are 5 users, there will be 5 installations for zoom.MSI installer, which will do a single installation to the Program Files directory that will be shared by all users.  However, Zoom will not auto-update.I want to have a single installation of Zoom shared among all users, but I also want auto-update.  Is there any way to do this?
