We like to know IP of users , who are connected in the zoom meetings. How can w find out IPs of users ?

Hello to all, I'd like to ask you for some help:Typically, as a host, I like to use a headset for Zoom calls. That works fine - except: when I want to present e.g. a YouTube video, then I do only get the video information, but without the audio.It's obvious that this is not a practical way.But as soon as I switch off the headphone , i.e. using the (quite lousy) acoustics in my office, the audio catches in. But it seems, that the micro of my external camera does simply transmit the audio here in the office, means, that the audio is taken to the Zoom call via the output of the speakers.I would expect that the audio signal would be transmitted to the Zoom call "internally". Please, what do I need to do for having the full YouTube clip as a shared resource whilst using my headset? Thanks in advance !

I am trying to use a wireless microphone system as my mic for Zoom meeting. First, I connected wireless microphone with a USB adaptor, and then plugged it into a USB port, when I change the setting of Microphone on Zoom audio, the computer detected the USB port, however simply does not play the sound. Can someone kindly help me out? Thanks in advance.

My question is simple - if one of my work accounts upgrades to pro and we are allowed 1-9 users, do those users get individual meeting id's and can they be in 2 different meetings at the same time? we only need 2 users but they need to run separate meetings at the same time. I only need local recording, most of the meetings would be maybe 1 or 2 invitees in a meeting. we don't need most of the features in pro, just more than i user and the ability to run close to 40 minutes without nag screen on  new meeting right away. (a 32 minute meeting gives us a 9 minute hold window if we try to start a new meeting within those 9 minutes. Any help would be appreciated. I searched for simultaneous users in the help section and got one user signing on to multiple devices at the same time. I'm looking for 2 users signing on to different meetings at the same time. 

Hi all, I'm part of a volunteer team of experienced Zoom hosts running a daily online meeting (@150-200 attendees).  Given the meeting size, for most of the meeting people are muted as standard with co-hosts unmuting them when they want to speak.  A few times recently we seem to have everyone in the meeting being asked to unmute when the host has not changed the security settings (I'm not sure which setting would prompt a general ask-to-unmute anyway).  We are genuinely not sure whether we have a too enthusiastic co-host or whether there is a glitch in our system.  Has anyone else experienced such a glitch and do you have any recommendations before we start clamping down on co-hosts?  Thank you

Just recently configured Pexip SIP CVI for MS Teams meeting join from Zoom Rooms. Getting a weird experience where at outbound audio can be heard within the Teams meeting, but Teams participants can’t be heard within the ZR. Bidirectional video is outstanding, outbound audio from ZR into Teams meeting outstanding, inbound audio from Teams meeting doesn’t exist. Logitech RallyBar Mini, no additional peripherals beyond a Tap IP. Anybody have a similar experience?

Ola, fiz uma reunião, selecionei a opção de gravação automática, e coloquei para gravação nesse computador, porem ao acessar o meu painel, não encontrei uma reunião gravada no meu computador. Há alguma forma de eu achar essa reunião gravada, uma vez que não encontrei no meu computador?

I'm trying to set up my account and chose a profile picture I would like, but when I hit "save" it just saves the top of my head in the picture and cuts my face out. I kept trying it over and over and can't find a solution. I would move the cursor around to center it on my picture but it still just shows the top of my head. I even placed the center of it below my face and then it captured whatever was to the right of the picture. Can you please help? I'm setting this up on my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. Thank you!

Hello!  I can't seem to find my recurring meetings in my desktop app or in my web interface.  Any suggestions...did they get moved somewhere else?  Thanks for the help!

When people register they keep geeting this error "This meeting is for authorized registrants only." Anyone know why? Others have registered without any errors.

I opened zoom from browser and i start the meeting one of them joined the meeting and i am able to share my screenbut i am unable to provide the control to other person, neither has not getting option of requesting the access

Is there any way to set Zoom settings to automatically start video and microphone for all participants joining Personal Meeting Room? I have a problem with several of the less tech savvy participants not understanding how to enable audio and video, so I would love to have the option to set the meeting to automatically start both for them upon being admitted from waiting room.

I would prefer if I could set up Zoom on computer.  It doesn't seem to work. Zoom is already set up on my iPhone.

I failed to renew my bi-weekly recurring meetings.  It's run out. I intended to watch and renew it.  I had distributed those links to my groups.How do I re-instate those links when I sign up again for these recurring meetings?

Hello, there has recently been a problem with access to breakout rooms (smaller groups) in Zoom. Does anyone know why this is? Many people are complaining of inconvenience, but I have no idea how to solve it. 😞 Please help me.1. Based on mobile (phone models vary)2. Unable to enter the room and a black screen appears or freezes.3. Rebooting the phone and reinstalling Zoom and logging in do not help.

By default when I join a meeting session my mic is muted which is how I set it up. But whenever I join a session which is being recorded, and I click OK to confirm it is being recorded, I get unmuted. This happens on both my desktop and mobile app.

I work for a company that hosts several classes via Zoom meetings. We need to capture the attendees' emails, but we are having trouble. I have toggled the master setting of "Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars" to ON and manually toggle this same option to ON for each unique meeting. When I go into the reports and pull up the class attendee list, the entire email list is blank, apart from people who are directly added to the calendar invite.  More context:Attendees sign up for the class via a third-party integration into our app -- they are prompted to add to their calendarPeople who are directly invited by our host account DO have their emails show upWaiting room is ON, no passcodeDoes anyone know why this could be happening and how to fix it?

We have a customer that wants to migrate one of their legacy zoom accounts onto our account. The legacy account in question has Concurrent Meeting Plus licenses, and has over 15 concurrent meetings per day scheduled on their accounts all the way into 2025. They would like to migrate before 12/2024. Our account has standard licenses that can only handle 2 concurrent meetings per user. Does anyone have experience with this scenario? My initial idea is to attempt to transfer each user (by unlinking, or contact zoom tech support), and then iterate their future meetings and use the schedule_for field of the update meeting API endpoint to "move" their 15+ concurrent meetings to different user accounts to reduce the concurrency under 2.https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-

I know that according to my organization policy, zoom logs me out after certain time but when it does, it asks me to login with a prompt even while I am doing something else. It is incredibly bad software engineering that I am working on a document and Zoom decides to ask me to login again. Why can't it wait until I need to use Zoom and then I can login so it is less obstructive? Is there some setting which can change this? 

Hey, guys! I've been trying to get in touch with Zoom but they SIMPLY WON'T REPLY TO MY MESSAGES! I have a brand-new laptop Asus Vivobook X1605 and every time I start sharing my screen, as soon as I scroll the window I'm sharing or drag something across the screen, the meeting starts breaking up, even the simplest task can affect the call negatively. My computer surpasses the minimum requirements for Zoom by a long shot, so I'm guessing it's some other problem. I contacted the support team from Asus and they advised me to try and see it with Zoom, but Zoom just doesn't reply to my messages. I really need help solving this problem because I work everyday with the app and everything else on my computer works smoothly, it's just the screen sharing. CAN ANYBODY HELP?
