Has anyone else noticed that your screen is blinking or blipping in and out during meetings? It seems to keep happening while I'm on screen. I have updated to the most recent version of Zoom.  What happens is my screen freezes for a second, then the screen disappears and reappears, like it's lagging somehow.If anyone has ideas or a solution, I would appreciate it.

I have noticed that invitations to scheduled meetings in Buenos Aires often include a reference to "Georgetown."For example, the meeting invitation displays:"Time: Jul 31, 2024 10:00 AM Buenos Aires, Georgetown."Not only do Georgetown and Buenos Aires not share the same time zone, but Georgetown is also not a common reference point in Latin America. This reference leads to confusion as many people wonder what Georgetown means after Buenos Aires.This issue has been persistent for many years, as I have frequently noticed that invitations scheduled in Buenos Aires include this reference to Georgetown.

At a recent meeting I normally host, a guest had some docs to share separate from the docs I was sharing.  This was last minute.  The guest took control as host or just posted some docs (I don't know how or which), showed the docs from the laptop the guest brought.  Once the docs were shown -- the meeting was still going on -- i tried to share my own docs to the assembled in person and zoom guests.  The entire polycom screen turned blue and although we could hear the zoom attendees, for the next several hours the meeting ran, with the gallery and my docs on the guests laptop and NOT on the full screen for the in person attendees.  Therefore at the meeting's conclusion, no one in the meeting room saw the docs.  They also complained of sound issues.  What happened?  I think I know but need clarification.  Thanks.

Hello - I've been trying to upload video to the Zoom Waiting Room for several weeks now, and have tried everything.  My video is the right type and the right size.  I can upload it, but when I click Save the system tells me "Video Upload Failed".  I have tried multiple different videos (all the right type and size).  I have the latest and updated version of Zoom.  I have logged out and back in.  I have turned off the Waiting Room and turned it back on (in conjunction with logging in and out).  Any other ideas?  Thanks!

On the desktop app and web app: I can still see the recurring meetings I created myself, but a recurring meeting, that was created by another user, has disappeared. I can still see it in my android app though. Why and how can I change this? I need to be able to access this meeting regularly.

I've encountered a problem with Zoom Version: 6.1.6 (37851) on my MacBook Air M1: during a meeting, after giving Zoom permission to 'Screen & System Audio Recording', I'm prompted to restart Zoom, which I do as expected. However, Zoom doesn't relaunch by itself, even though I understand that it should – when I grant the same permission outside of a meeting, Zoom automatically restarts. Once, when replicating this behavior, I got a "The application "zoom.us" is not open anymore" message from finder. In terms of troubleshooting, I've tried to reinstall zoom several times, but to no avail. No crash reports were generated by zoom.Here, I'm attaching a link to my video with this behavior. 

When I am in a meeting and get a phone call, if I answer the meeting gets disconnected. How can I fix this?

We are switching over to Acuity scheduling and have changed over to zoom meetings to integrate properly. We would love to use the feedback survey option available at the end of the zoom meeting but I can't seem to figure out how to automatically do that when the meeting is booked through Acuity. Any ideas on how to do this or if it is even possible?

I noticed there is a new format for scheduling a Zoom meeting.   I used to be able to put the date and time in the initial screen and then it would take me to a second screen to put in the invitee email addresses.     The new format requires you to input invitee addresses on the initial screen but it doesn't seem to have all the previous email addresses stored.   It is very frustrating.  Maybe I am doing something wrong.   The new format seems to have started about a month ago.  Can someone give me some pointers?   Thanks, Rob

Hello, long time Zoom user across many companies. I know that I can control notifications of joiners / leavers in my meetings. However, I would really like to have this setting at my account profile level for all meetings I join regardless of whether the host has it enabled or not. I personally like to have notifications of joiners because I'm not always looking at the zoom window during the meeting. In some cases, I need to know that a new person has joined as many times joiners do not introduce themselves if someone else is talking. Thanks

I held an event that required registration. I would like to download a list of those who actually attended, including the data from the custom questions that they entered upon their registration. I can't find a way to do this. The standard Participants report is only a list of names and email addresses, without the info provided by registrants. There is also the option for download the registrants list but I need the participants/attendees list with the info that the participants provided through their registration. Could you help?

When I am in a meeting and minimize the window, I get a single view with no controls. up until two weeks ago I could drag this around the screen to avoid obscuring material. It is not impossible to move, and if I try and click on it, I am actually clicking the content underneath the window. This is the same on my desktop (Windows 10) and my laptop (Windows 11).  Zoom Client 5.15.15Is there a setting somewhere or a problem with my profile?  thanks

Hello my employer asked me to find out why the last few zooms she has set up  where she gave them her personal meeting room , they were in the room and she was too but they weren't in the same place.  Can you let me know how to make sure this doesn't happen again please.  This was not happening to her before.

I am unable to record my zoom meetings, the option to call my mobile does not come up. how can I solve this

I have a new computer and now my zoom camera seems to adjust its zoom on me for emphasis. As in, it pans in or out depending on whether I'm leaning in or away. My meeting participants are commenting on this and find it distracting. I want to change it back but I can't tell which setting it's connected to. It seems like the Windows equivalent of Apples 'Center Stage' option. Thanks in advance for your help.

How do I create an image to display when my video is turned off?

Hi, I recorded a Zoom meeting today but I forgot to click off "Display participant's name in recording". Now I'm trying to see if there is a way to take off the participant's name from the recording... It's a long shot (since it's already been recorded), but if anyone knows how to do this, please let me know. Thank you!

hiya folksI am running a series of 10 meetings (for the same participants.Initially I limited registration participation to 12 people but realise I can host more and would now like to increase the number to 16 people. I cannot see how to do this now. I don't see anywhere where the former "limit to 12" is listed... Any ideas?

When I'm logged into my basic, unpaid account using the app on my tablet I have no option of recording. When I start a meeting and click the ... the option to record isn't there. When I look it up, Zoom says basic accounts can record and save to their computer, but I'm not finding that option. Not even in my account settings.    On the other hand when I use my husband's paid account his does have the option to record. The problem is, I need to use his account to watch something previously recorded while using my personal account to record myself.   Am I mistaken with my understanding of being able to record with my unpaid account? Any assistance would be appreciated!    Thanks! 

I recorded it on the computer I moved the file and released it on another computer There's no problem with the video, but the audio comes out weird Can't I download the recording file again?   The computer I downloaded was formatted

Smart people:We often have "hybrid meetings", meaning people in the conference room plus people on Zoom.   Our conference room setup involves a laptop dedicated to managing the Zoom meeting with a large (72") monitor on the wall and an Owl camera for video and audio.    Works well, as far as it goes.We'd like to add a second monitor (and controlling laptop if needed) so that we can ALWAYS see the gallery.  We often switch to a shared desktop view and folks in 'Net land get torqued off because we can't see all of them as they raise their hands with questions.So, ideal situation: one monitor displaying the current speaker/desktop/whatever and one monitor showing nothing but a gallery view no matter what other foolishness is going on.How do we get there?Thanks in advance!Ray
