I have a contact list that I typed in.  When I want to use it to invite meeting participants, there is no list available.

I have done some recordings over 2 different meetings, and it seems like near the end, the recordings stopped showing up when I clicked convert in the folder. I know it has been saving stuff until 13.18 because it shows, but the last recording appears on 13.08. The most important part of the meeting happened at 13.12, but it isn't showing up in my recordings folder. Is there any way I can recover the video I recorded? The convert button is no longer working, it no longer loads anything.  Thanks for checking my post

Cuando uso zoom no puedo usar nada más por que usa todos mis recursos y se empecia a escuchar un chillido horrible, me sale "los recursos deficientes pueden afectar al sistema" Pero solo me pasa al usar el zoom.

Starting yesterday i cannot get into any zoom meetings from the zoom app on my laptop. I can get into a meeting from my ipad. I have followed the instructions to remove Zoom off of my laptop and downloaded it again from Zoom. it does not work. I switched from firefox to Chrome and it still did not work. I have shut off my computer and it still doesn't work. When I try to join from the app by inserting my Zoom number or any other zoom mtg ID it just spins and after four minutes it gives me an unknown error box with the error code 104101. I do a ton of meetings on Zoom. I need this fixed ASAP or I will need to use another service.

I have a system where I have four classrooms with 2 in northern Utah and 2 in southern Utah. They use zoom meeting everyday with Dell OptiPlex 7020 PC. One location when on the meeting will drop several times during the day. 70% of the time it auto reconnects the other you have to log back in and join the call that is still going. We tested this by adding another class at that same location on the same network in the same rack stays online and never drops the call. Now we have tested the network swapped out an old switch to a new one thinking maybe the ports were going bad. Uninstalled zoom and reinstalled it. Nothing at this point has fixed it and I am scheduling a call with Dell so they can remote in at a time they done have class going on.  Wanted to see if someone has experienced this and if there is something with zoom that may be causing the drop or some other thing?

For the past three years, I’ve been hosting a Zoom group with 11 participants, where none of them needed to enter a passcode or waiting room. My settings were configured to automatically embed the passcode, and the waiting room was disabled.After updating the Zoom program, the direct joining feature no longer works as expected.When setting up a meeting under "schedule" and selecting "security," I’m now required to choose between "waiting room" and "passcode." I selected "Passcode," thinking the embedded feature would still work, but it doesn’t. Now, my participants are prompted to enter a code.Do you know why the embedded passcode feature no longer functions?

Hiwe are having issue with the new Ubuntu Version and the Zoom Client.When we are using our headset it does not work. It is working with all other applications and webservices but it does not work with the Zoom Client > tested with the newest one 6.2.6It was working with the older Versions of Ubuntu, other users form our company are having no issues with older Ubuntu Versions.Any other users out there who has made the same experiance?Cheers 

We have a Pro account that is active and up-to-date.  Yesterday, there were some meetings that were correctly set-up for an hour, but ended abruptly part way through.  The ending times were different (not at 40 minutes like the basic plan).   Any thoughts?

Hi all,Trying to assist a colleague here, when she receives a Zoom invitation in her Outlook.com inbox, the Zoom invitation is not a hyper link (Blue), and she is forced to copy and paste the link onto the browser to join the meeting.I have seen online that this is a known issue and it has something to do with having to enable "Use HTML format email for Outlook plugin" in account settings in your Zoom portal. Can anyone assist me with fixing this issue and/or finding where the HTML format is located? I cannot seem to find it.Thank you,

ノートPC(Windows11)にてミーティング用Zoomデスクトップクライアントをインストールし、ミーティングに参加したところ以下の現象が発生しております。　・自分のカメラが機能していない（黒い画像のまま）　・自分のマイクが機能していない（相手側に音声が聞こえない）ただし、相手側のカメラ、音声は通常機能しております。 Zoomのブラウザ接続、その他アプリ(meet)では自分のカメラ、マイクも正常に機能することを確認しております。ノートPCの設定として、[スタート] > [設定] > [プライバシーとセキュリティ] > マイク＆カメラ > [アプリのアクセス許可]からデスクトップアプリへの許可がONになっていることも確認しております。 原因、解決策ご教授いただけますと大変ありがたいです。

Today in my zoom meeting, I was getting messages as if there was another user in the meeting with my name as the host. This other user was asking for permissions, to record, to share, etc. and I said no. When I started to screenshare, they wrote "kill" on my screen somehow with annotations. I cannot figure out how a zoom bomber got into the meeting and did this. I have changed passwords since but this was awful!

I am currently managing a platform that involves hosting three daily meetings at different times. Currently, My team members cannot join these meetings unless someone with access to the platform's Zoom account logs in and admits them or makes them host manually.I would like to know:Is there a way to allow different team members to host these meetings without sharing the Zoom account's username and password?Can team members host specific sessions based on their schedules without requiring additional licenses for each of them?Does enabling breakout rooms for discussions depend on the presence of the host, and if so, how can we manage this effectively without purchasing multiple licenses?As a startup, affordability is a concern, so I’m looking for a cost-effective solution.Best Regards,

I would like to record myself for a presentation.  However, the record to cloud function automatically starts whenever I start a new meeting. I have turned off every automatic record feature I can find and it still starts recording automatically. I have gone through the steps listed in the tutorials and step by step instructions. I want to be able to stop and start recording or pause on the zoom screen and I don't see that icon. What am I missing?

Pero tuve una reunión que tenía aproximadamente 200 participantes y solo me dejó ingresar a 100 participantes. Cuando en la publicidad del plan dice que son 300, podrían apoyarme en esta situación. 

Hello. It used to be that I could set up a recurring meeting that would show up in my meetings list once under the recurring meeting heading on my desktop app. Now my recurring meetings list every single occurrence of that meeting. How do I change that? The recurring meetings show up correctly in my zoom account online.  Thanks for your help.

Hello, I just purchased my mother a new Lenovo Idea pad AMD Ryzen 7-7730 and she is having the following issues: the video screen will continue to go dark then light as if someone is turning the light switch on/off.  Also, sometimes the video screen will goblack. I contacted Lenovo, and they stated the last few days several users have contacted them and reported a black screen during Zoom.  Lenovo has tested the issue, and it does not appear to be a hardware issue; it appears to be an issue with the Zoom application and to contact Zoom. My mom doesn't have a need for a Zoom Pro account so Zoom telephone support is not going to help her. Has anyone else had this issue and found a resolution? Any help is greatly appreciated!! 😊  

So as the title says, we have been using a single sign on link to ADFS, which includes a relay parameter that references a zoom meeting ID, since late July 2024 without issue, but in the past day or so instead of redirecting after authentication to the meeting id indicated in the parameter, all users are redirected to their Zoom profile pages. Anyone else experiencing this?

I am tying to set up a OnZoom Serries Event. When I hit the publish button, it responds with our Business Account is not completed. Yet when I go to the business account page everything is filled in. Has anyone else had this happen? 

 When I click on "go live on facebook" in zoom, the only 2 options mentioned on the "Live stream Zoom Meeting to Facebook Live" page are :- share on your own timeline- share to a pageThere is no group option as you can see in the attached screenshot.Important:- I already enabled the "Allow livestreaming of meetings" in the advanced meeting setting (including facebook).- We have the app in our Facebook group.- I am an admin of the group.But the group itself probably isn't the problem anyway, because I can't even select "share to a group" in zoom.(besides, I am admin of multiple groups with the zoom app installed and have used it in the past).Of the 3 admins of the group, my businesspartner has the same problem in his account. The other one can go live in groups. I hope someone can help solve this problem. Thanks in advance, EJ &

As of the last update or so I have been unable to apply any background filters - the "Backgrounds and filters" option in the general settings and on the video settings pop-up in the meeting window is now "Backgrounds and effects" - and there is no way to apply (or even find) filters.  Is there something I can set to bring back the filters!  I routinely applied a color to the  screen to increase visibility for viewers. Online troubleshooting still gives instructions as if the option were still "Backgrounds and filters" BTW.

Recently Zoom changes make it impossible (for me) to find how to set up Recurring meetings as before.  If I do not use "Recurring" in Zoom, but in my G. calendar, it does NOT feed back to Zoom (as it did in the past) to make it recurring.However, if I do make it "Recurring" in Zoom, then it copies the entry for EVERY MEETING (duplicates the entry in my meetings list - both online and in the app) rather than putting them under a SINGLE entry as in the past, under Recurring.  I cannot even get the new "recurring" entries to show up under "Recurring".  Driving me crazy!  I have to now join these classes (I teach online) through my calendar, not through Zoom.  Please respond!  I see multiple entries on this question, none of which have been answered. 

Hi for the past week any zoom meetings that I host are ending after 40 minutes.  This was not happening previously.  I am aware that this happens for calls with 3 or more people.  But the calls I am making only have myself and one other and it is still happening.  I don't think I have changed any settings.  Is there a reason why this might be happening please?
