I manage a regular monthly meeting, and I want the participants to re-register every month.

Hi @TonChaipat, welcome to Zoom Community! When scheduling your Zoom meeting, make sure to enable "Recurring meeting" and "Registration required."  These will give you additional options, which includes "Attendees need to register for each occurrence to attend."
