i'm not able to screen share even though i have enabled in settings

The last time i had a meeting I was able to screen share and share powerpoint but now it is saying that i am restricted from doing so even though i believe i have enabled screen/app sharing.

    Hey @Cachelle, are you still experiencing this issue? The Host or another participant may be sharing their screen, which would restrict you from sharing the screen.

    OR the host may have disabled sharing screen for participants in-meeting security settings
