I can't see the cloud recordings

Dears,

 

After the payment process was completed, I did not find any of the recorded meetings on my account in the cloud

    Hey @saleh_aleid you're a licensed user with access to cloud recording from https://zoom.us/recording? Ensure you meet all prerequisites for viewing, managing, and share cloud recording

    • Account owner or admin privileges (required for managing users' cloud recordings)
    • Cloud recording enabled
    • Cloud recording sharing enabled
    • Authentication to view cloud recordings enabled
    • Cloud recording must be finished processing in order to be playable in the Zoom web portal
    • For editing and deleting recordings, your admin must allow you to edit or delete cloud recordings
