how to save translation captions on the cloud

When I record my meeting on my local computer, the cc file includes timestamps(though they are set to wrong times), transcription of the original speech and the transcription of the translation captions. (as follows)

How can I make the cloud file also include translation captions? whey the discrepancy in the format? This is really confusing. 

Also would like to know how to fix the wrong timestamps in the first example.
