How to point at someone else's screen

When working as customer support clients usually share screens to show what they're experiencing and sometimes the support agent will have to guide them on how to perform certain steps in the client's platform. It's excruciating whenever they have the option right in front of them and they're unable to locate it, it would be so much easier if under the annotation tools Zoom enabled the focus feature for everyone rather than just the screen presenter.
