How to enable the client log

sometimes cannot log in to Zoom and would like to know how to enable the client log for troubleshooting.

    The steps to enable the client log differ by device type and require guidance, preferably on a call, by our support team. I would suggest opening a ticket so we can assist you with enabling and gathering the necessary logs.
