    Hi @SP2021

Zoom will not do it, if you don't meet the specification.

You could try using Snap Camera for desktop - and searching for the Background Blur lens filter.

    Hi SP2021,

If your CPU doesn’t meet the system requirements for background blur in apps like Zoom, you can still try a few workarounds. One option is to use a virtual camera tool like OBS Studio with a blur filter applied, which processes the video feed externally and sends it back into your video conferencing app.

Another alternative is to use third-party background tools that offer blur and background replacement features without relying heavily on CPU resources. This method is particularly useful when you're trying to maintain a professional appearance in meetings, similar to how Snapchat manages real-time filters on lower-end devices.

Ultimately, while hardware limitations can be a blocker, these software-based solutions offer a decent compromise until you upgrade to a machine that meets full background processing requirements.

    Regards
