How to automatically add participant to the waiting room for every meeting?

Hi guys!

I would like to activate the waiting room for a group of users and have a specific participant (a notetaker, not a 'real' user) automatically added to the waiting room for every meeting.

So if the host wants to add him, he can just accept the participant, and if not, he will leave him in the waiting room.

 

How can I do it please?

You can enable a waiting room across the board to let the host determine whether to admit a particular participant in this case a notetaker. I am not aware of anyway to enable a waiting room for a subset of participants. However there is an app, Meetinguard, that lets you verify whether attendees are human before they try to join your Zoom meetings.
