Does anyone know how early can I set my breakout rooms?
I have about 200 users and 15 rooms, all prepared in a csv required for upload to zoom.
Today is 3 March. My meeting is 18 March.
I read somewhere I should only set them up within 24 hours of actual meeting.
If so, can I schedule a meeting first without uploading the csv,
obtain the meeting ID and password first,
then do up the breakout rooms in the web portal later?

@wsss You can configure your breakout rooms as soon as you schedule your meeting. I have never heard of a requirement around 24 hours, but it would make sense as a suggestion if you are not sure of the final participants would would be joining.
And yes, you can schedule the meeting, and then pre-assign them in the portal later. More information on that is available here.
