How do I get rid of flipping Fathom?

How do I kill Fathom. I have uninstalled it restarted my computer and it is still asking to load Fathom as I am trying to join a zoom call.

It is iritating to say the least.

It is like a cockroach infesting zoom.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go here and remove all connections to Fathom - https://myaccount.google.com/connections
Likely that Fathom has access to your calendar invites and automatically joins them.
You're welcome! 🙂

I’ve had this issue - and couldn’t uninstall Fathom as it said the app was still open, but wasn’t in the Force Quit list. Can’t believe that it’s so hard to get rid of, like others are saying it’s taken over my Zoom account and I definitely didn’t add it knowingly to Zoom. It’s not in my Zoom marketplace apps.

I use Clean My Mac and uninstalled it from there and the app has now gone, along with the (very big) log in menu bar. However, shockingly, when I tried to open meeting on Zoom it’s trying to open the dmg Fathom file. I’ve moved the dmg to the bin and still doing it. How is this not all over the internet about Fathom? Didn’t see any of this when I decided to try it out. Will update again if I figure this next bit out!

Fingers-crossed I figured this out.  If Fathom is intruding on your meetings it’s because you signed up for a Fathom account.  Login at Fathom.video, click Settings, scroll to the bottom and delete your account.
