How do I enable audio transcription?

I have the Pro version. Is transcription not available at that level? I can't figure out how to turn it on, if it is.

Are you wanting transcription for use in an active meeting or for your cloud recordings after the meeting has ended?

Live transcription should be available for all users now and this article shows you how to enable it: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4409683389709-Enabling-or-disabling-closed-captioning-and-live-transcription-services

Transcription of cloud recordings is currently only available for Business accounts or higher, but you can use other transcription apps in the Marketplace.
