How can I suppress this window?

I do not want this window to appear ever. We use Zoom and open the meetings from our calendar, we don’t use or need any other management capabilities. This window is constantly opening, how can I make it go away?

      Hi, no it’s not the AI Companion. I don’t want that whole window. It’s constantly in the way and I don’t use it for anything. I just want Zoom to open the web meeting when asked and that’s all.
