I am an admin and I have a few accounts under my managment. I want to both "waiting room" and "Require authentication to join" for all accounts under my management so users can join without "waiting room".

How can I configure it o that each account can disable both "waiting room" and "Require authentication to join"? when they create their scheduled meetings?

The most important question is first of all: Why do you want to disable these features?

Just follow the steps in below guides and disable the settings on account level. When not using Waiting Room and Authentication Profile, users will be forced to use a passcode for their meetings. This has to do with security reasons.

    Hi costabrent,

If you need to make changes for a set of specific users, you can use Groups to change settings for just those users. Please see our help center article here. You can then go to Settings > Meeting > Security and turn off the Waiting Room and Require Authentication to Join options so that they will be off by default when the schedule their meetings. Please note, users will need at least one security option selected, so if they are not going to use Waiting Room or Require Authentication, then they must require a passcode for their meeting.

    Hope this helps!
