hosting

I am trying to host and send the invite but it will not send.  it keeps saying i have a conflict on my calendar, which it keeps creating itself with each attempt.  i delete each meeting from my calendar.  i have even killed them all  and started from scratch, same result.  anyone please help.  thank you
