Help! my own and Interviewee names are not showing on the recording

 Despite switching on DISPLAY NAMES in settings, when I download the recorded video they are NOT showing. What can I do to rectify this?

    But I am not on a paid account so cloud is not enabled - which according to your linked article means the names will not show after downloading, correct?
