help me solve the mystery of the vanishing downloads
Salient Details
- I am the admin of my account
- On Friday, I assigned a co-host to a recorded meeting and then left the meeting due to illness
- Subsequent to the meeting, I received the customary email notification that the cloud recording was available
- I've attempted numerous times to download the recording (which now shows a total of 20 downloads) but the download is not in my local storage
What's gone wrong and how do I solve the problem?
