HD 720p - Why is it not working?

Hello - I am a professional actor who uses this platform to record self-tape auditions.  It is only me and the person I read with.  I paid with the knowledge as stated on your website that I would have HD video.  I also enabled Group HD. It is still recording very low quality.  My bandwidth is 1 GB and I have a top of the line camera.  This doesn't happen on any other platforms.  Please fix ASAP.  Thank you.
