Having Trouble with Quiz feature

Please can you confirm if you are using a licensed Zoom Meetings account (i.e. Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account)? This is a requirement.

Next, can you confirm if the meeting was created as an "instant meeting"? Polling will only be available when the meeting is scheduled ahead of time or if it's an instant meeting using your Personal Meeting ID (PMI). You also need to be recognised as the meeting host.

Also, can you confirm that Polling has been enabled in your Meeting settings?

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation panel, click Settings.
3. Click the Meeting tab.
4. Under the In Meeting (Basic) section, click the Meeting Polls/Quizzes toggle to enable or disable it.
5. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change
