having issues with audio/video when running meetings, specially when I share screen.

I need to share my screen on meetings. And suddenly my platform started breaking audios and freezing images.... every time I share screen. I have zoom for more than 5 years and never got this problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled zoom from my MAC, and the problem is still there. Please, Any help?
