Google Can't Verify - Use Zoom

Hi. I am not very tech savvy and am having an issue logging into zoom to start a meeting. During Covid opened a paid Zoom account and created a Gmail login mostly for this purpose. We are a recovery based group and have a different "Chairperson" aka HOSTS , open the meeting every night. Suddenly a few people can't login because Google wants us to Verify. We have back up in Google but the only way it will let us do anything is to tap the number on a Samsung S24 Ultra that no one has ever had. It is the only option. It even says the Ultra has never been synched whatever that means. Obviously not a Zoom issue.

As for Zoom I created a phone number to sign in but am not sure how this works. What confuses me is in the zoom account we have a personal ID Number but we use a different 9 digit number for people to login daily? If we quit using the "SIGN IN With Google" will the member logging in number change?

We have this number in lists all over the world to help people and can't let it change.

So basically how can everyone who hosts login to Zoom without Google and not have the ID change. (Not the personal ID). I also see I can create a zmail account.

Can anybody clarify or send me a procedure. I don't want to try anything without expert help/

Many Thanks, Dennis
