Ghost of zoom taking up my storage.

Hello, I've been having a problem where I deleted zoom, but when I go to my program downloads,  it shows up as taking up 3 gb. Upon trying to delete this, i am met wit the error: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." I have already tried the "CleanZoom" application which crashed imminently every time i started it up even after deleting and reinstalling it multiple times. I want nothing to do with zoom anymore and just want it to stop leeching storage from my device. Tired and frustrated. Please help!
