I am so frustrated with zoom that I am about to dump you altogether and move to a much better, more capable platform. RingCentral, which used to be identical, is now far superior to your platform, and offers live and better support options, not this bunch of horse manure that I am forced to navigate because I don’t line your pockets. I am on a Mac and even Google (Apple and Google are  notoriously incompatible) has better and more useful support. Get it together, Zoom. You may have gotten a lot of attention during the pandemic, but if you alienate more than half of your users like this,, you will crumble.
