Few guest entered the meeting without being admitted by the Host

Hi,

Please support finding the RCA for the below incident.

  • Meeting ID: 968 2587 3251

Here in the above meeting, few guests entered the meeting without being admitted to the meeting. They did not wait in the lobby. We would like to know who allowed them to enter the meeting or if it's a technical issue.

    Please note that users on the same organizational account as the meeting host can bypass the Waiting Room. Check in the Zoom web portal for your Setting -> Meetings -> Waiting Room Options:

    Note that certain settings will enable bypassing the Waiting Room under certain specified circumstances.
