FEATURE REQUEST - Math Tools in Whiteboard

I do a lot of tutoring in math at various levels and I want to be able to do fractions, protractor, coordinates, geometry, and more with the whiteboard instead of having to jump back and forth between screen share and white board. It gets to be quite cumbersome and annoying.

This is likely too late, but it might help others as I had the same issue. To do this, I found a free, transparent image of a protractor on clipart (check it's transparent by copy/pasting it into PowerPoint). Once you've found the one you need, right-click the image and save it as a picture. Then, you can upload the picture onto your whiteboard and it should remain transparent. Hope this helps... someone.

I support this feature request. Math-specific tools would be very helpful for teachers, tutors, and students who use Zoom Whiteboard for online lessons. Features like basic arithmetic, square roots, and number factorization could save time and make explanations easier during live sessions.

In the meantime, many educators use external resources alongside virtual classrooms. For example, I’ve found Calculadora Alicia useful for quickly checking calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, prime factorization, and square roots while working through examples with students.

Having similar functionality integrated directly into the whiteboard would create a smoother learning experience and reduce the need to switch between multiple tools.

This is actually a really useful suggestion, especially for math tutoring and geometry teaching. A built-in set of tools like protractor, ruler, and coordinate grid would make Zoom Whiteboard much more practical for educators and students.

Right now many teachers rely on external math tools or add-ons, so having native math support would definitely improve the workflow and reduce switching between tabs. Hopefully this gets considered in future updates.
I’ve also seen some educators using external online math calculators and tools to fill this gap, which can be helpful for quick geometry or fraction work.
