suddenly during a zoom session ( webminar  where I am not the host)

zoom disconnect with error 5 or  104103!! sometimes there is reconnexion or not

how to deal with this failure : error code 5 or error 104103

    Hey @Denis971, for error 104103, according to our KB on Common error codes and messages If you are on a network with a firewall or a proxy, contact a network administrator to check your firewall and proxy settings. An antivirus software like AVG may be blocking your connection to Zoom. Disable the service and try again. Check with your Internet service provider that you can connect to the Zoom service.
