Failed recording after zoom meeting, why, where is it?

Hi, I just had a meeting on Wednesday, and now back home I cannot find the recording.

I activated the function of recording when setting up the meeting, to start recording right away once it started.

Can any body help me on this?

Where is the recording?

    Hi @maria-pri! Was it a cloud recording or a local recording?

    usually, when zoom ends, the video starts downloading, and a little window opens, to save the file in the laptop. This time this didn't happen. I dont know where the video is.

    Thanks for responding! Could you try this? 

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
    2. In the navigation menu, click Recordings.
    3. Click the Local Recordings tab.
      This will display the meeting topic, meeting ID, date and time, computer name, and file path for the recording.
