Facebook Live logging on

Help!

Last week it was working. It was freezing when I would go live with zoom and facebook. But now I can't even get on to facebook to go live. I haven't done anything different. My computer did do an update. Do you think that caused it. It says to sign in first which I do and it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me.
