I recorded something very important December 2021. I now longer have the paid account only the link to the recording. When I went to view it I received the message that
You cannot view this recording.
Cloud Recording plan expired
If I pay for the plan will I be able to access the video again?
In the navigation menu, click Recordings. At the top right, you will see a Trash icon if there are any cloud recordings in the trash. Click the icon to see any deleted cloud recordings. Click Recover on the right to retrieve the recording.
