Even with authentication required, still not able to collect all the emails of the participants

Hey Zoom Community,

I have configured a Zoom Meeting with user authentication required to collect all the participants emails. However, looking at the meeting report, I still have participants that attended the whole session with no mention of their email addresses. Is that possible?
