Error/Status code 401

Has anyone out there received the following message: Request failed with status code 401?

 

I've set up dozens of meeting without this message but all of a sudden I can't set up a meeting.  Any ideas?

I have had the same thing happen today - how did you resolve the situation?

Someone at Zoom saw the post and resolved the situation.  Nothing I did to my machine or anything like that.

OK - thanks... guess I'll create a new post now and hope they see it?? Did they notify you that it was resolved or did it just start working for you?

Hi - I did all of the above and I still am getting the error - any other thoughts? I have now missed two meetings today because of this....

Would you be able to try the troubleshooting steps outlined here: Zoom error code 401

I think I received a notification that it was resolved. But I don't 100% recall.
