Error Message Stopping Me From Accessing Zoom via Invite - Firefox Browser

I am trying to access in the Firefox browser a Zoom event. I keep getting the following message and am not allowed access. Why? and how do I fix this? Thank you

 

'the zoom event ticket is associated with a different zoom account than the one you
are logged in to. To join the lobby please switch to the zoom account used to get the ticket'

 

Also, I am not receiving emailed invites to my gmail account.

    Hi @CSRSharon ,

     

    It seems that you have another Zoom account from which you signed up for the event. You will need to sign out of the account giving you the error and sign into the account you sign up with by making sure you are using the correct email.

    You might consider adding different profile pics to each acdcount. It makes them much easier to identify
