I am unable to view recordings, its says they can only be viewed from the computer they were recorded on......

    Hi @butchbryan, thank you for posting your question in the Zoom Community.

     

    Assuming that you are referring to a Local recording, if you are selecting the recording from the web portal under Recordings > Local recordings, you will only be able to watch it if you have recorded that meeting on the same computer you are using to navigate the web page. Local recordings are stored in your local machine.

    The web portal should show you the path where the recording files are saved. You can try to open that folder and check if the files are still there.
