Error in entering the zoom meeting from browser

I have a problem that when someone join my meeting using IPHONE through the browser it allows him to access but however they can't see or listen to anything

Is this occurring for multiple users trying to access the meeting on their iPhone or is this specific to one person?

I would start by asking those affected to check if they have given the Zoom app camera and microphone permission. You can enable these options by going to your device's Settings, then scrolling down and selecting Zoom on your device.
