Error code 3078 in Ukraine

For the second month in a row, I can't join Zoom as a member. I work remotely, half of the work is due to this  zoom. Error code 3078. I am not from the sanctioned territory! I am from Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. IP address confirmed by Kyivstar operator. The chatbot requires a host key, but it is impossible to log in to the account - error 403. If someone can contact the developers or help remotely, I will be very grateful. Sorry for the machine translation

    I am from Dnipropetrovsk region. Kryvyi Rih. This is not the Crimea, Donbas or Luhansk. This is the territory controlled by Ukraine

    Hi, I have same error. I live in Dnipro city and have IP 109.251.146.166. How do I can unblock my ip? Now we have war and school lessons on zoom. But my children can`t use zoom

    I received the same error today, despite I'm not located in the restricted region.

    I am from Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine. Today I got this error. Also I got 403 error when tried to login on the web page zoom. us / signin
    Zaporizhzhya is under Ukraine control. What is the reason of blocking access? My Ip is 192.162.140.60
    Please restore the access.

    Я попросил провайдера поменять ip-адрес на другой. И после этого заработало.

    Мой провайдер не помог в этом вопросе, т.к. IP динамический, он меняется каждые 2 часа. Поменять можно, если он статический, и то не везде.

    Some of our providers have fallen under "sanctions" that were intended for our aggressive neighbors. But Zaporizhzhya is not under occupation. We still need communication. Providers do not want to solve this issue on their own, as well as contact you. How can I regain access to zoom authorization? As a system administrator, I am running out of words to explain to colleagues that it is not my fault that zoom does not work.
