How do I go about fixing Error 104101 on Windows 8.1 Zoom desktop version?

    Zoom error code 104101

    • Contact a network administrator to check your firewall and proxy settings.
    • Disable any antivirus software that might be interfering with your connection.
    • Check with your internet service provider if you can connect to the Zoom service.

    # I disabled the antivirus,  still did not work...
    # I think I did a bit of research on firewall and proxy settings... it was/is a bit complex for me personally...will source for one.
    # Likewise,  the internet service provider.

    * I suspect Windows 8 may not support Zoom anymore as it works well on Windows 10.
