Error 3000; invalid schedule time

Has anyone seen this error?  this error occurred after a user tried to send an update of a recurring Outlook meeting to an attendee.

Hey @Z087_2 Kindly try the below steps.
 

  1. Upgrade Zoom to the latest version.
  2. Restart your device.

Did not solve my issue.

Hi @NicAnne_IS this has been fixed as there was a known issue with Plugin version 5.10.3.

 

If still utilizing the plug-in (differs from the add-in, but within outlook plug-ins are considered add-ins), suggest removing the plug-in in Outlook and redownloading Outlook Plug-in

  • After doing so, close Zoom and Outlook
  • Restart computer
  • Open back up Zoom and Outlook to see if you're still experiencing this error
