Emailing Meeting Registrants for a future event

I want to send a personalized email reminder to Registrants for a future meeting. I can 'view' the Registrants and their email contact details. How do I download the list to Excel so that I can use mail merge to send a personalized reminder?

    Thank you Emzoom2.   So here is the problem. One year ago, I could generate excel eo csv lists of my Registrants... before the meeting. Things seemed to have changed. How do I make that first step, even before I involve the tool you recommended.
