Echo during livestream

By "no other devices were on", you mean that you were not listening to your own livestream at all?  Only listeners at remote computers reported hearing any feedback?  I'm trying to narrow down whether there was only a single Zoom computer in or near the room where you were Zooming, or if there was another device (computer, phone, tablet) -- on Zoom, or the livestream, anywhere.
