'Double_Click_to_Convert not Converting (Stuck on 0%). Recorded to Computer.

Hi all,

I had a power outage during a meeting recording and I am trying to recover the recording.

It was recorded locally to my computer and the ‘Conversion’ is just permanently stuck at 0%.

I have plenty of storage on my pc and I have made sure to ensure the ‘open with’ has been done with Zoom etc as per another video response I saw.

Can someone please help me recover this recording?

    Ok if it is stuck then you have a corruption of the file during the power loss.

    You could need to try and use file recovery tools.

    There are many controls around using the built in app called
    Chkdsk
    that can help. 

    If you right click on peroperties over the file, it can be check but this is something beyond what Zoom can fix.

    THat said of all the corrupted fiels I have had, I only once needed a paid tool and fixed the rest wit hthe built in commands. As it is a process, I found that using chatpgtp, I was able to get thorugh the process and every time I took advice, I pasted the results and recoverred my files.
